These terms and conditions, can be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly, made available online, can be consulted through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications in any platform and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).
The content, the infrastructure of these pages, the online reservation service provided on these pages and through the website are owned, operated and provided by Lido Tours and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
1. Scope of our Service
Through the website we Lido Tours provide an online platform through which all types of activities can advertise for reservation, and through which visitors to the website can make such reservations.
2. Prices, crossed-out rates and Best Price Guarantee
The prices on our site are highly competitive. All prices on the Lido Tours website are per person and are displayed including VAT and all other taxes (subject to extra charges for pick ups outside our normal Hotel pick up routes)
All special offers and promotions are marked as such.
3. Privacy and cookies
LidoTours respects your privacy. Please have a look at our privacy and cookies policy for further information.
4. Free of charge for credit card payments
Our service is free of charge. We will not charge you for our service or add any additional tax fees to card use. We will add a 5% charge on top of the PAYPAL payment request.
6. Cancellation Policy
By making a reservation with Lido Tours, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy.
Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours prior to the activity taking place or in case of NO-SHOW your credit card (used as a guarantee of the booking) will be charged in FULL.
All reservations canceled before that period will be canceled and the credit card will NOT be charged.
In case you are arriving by cruise ship and at the last minute (less than 24hours prior to activity) the cruise route is changed, we will NOT charge your credit card.
If your flight is diverted or canceled (less than 24hours prior to activity) your credit card will NOT be charged.
For your safety, Lido Tours may change, postpone or cancel your activity at a short notice due to adverse weather conditions, landslides or even due to a minimum of participants needed (minimum 4 people per activity).
7. Contacts by email or telephone
By completing a booking, you agree to receive an email which we will send you shortly after your reservation, giving you information on your pick up point and time and possibly a telephone contact prior to the activity to give you further information
10. Miscellaneous
To the extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Portuguese law and any dispute arising out of these general terms and conditions and our services shall exclusively be submitted to the competent courts Portugal
The original English version of these terms and conditions may have been translated into other languages. The translated version is a courtesy and office translation only and you cannot derive any rights from the translated version. In the event of a dispute about the contents or interpretation of these terms and conditions or inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any other language version of these terms and conditions, the English language version to the extent permitted by law shall apply, prevail and be conclusive. The English version is available on our website (by selecting the English language) or shall be sent to you upon your written request.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or non-binding, you shall remain bound by all other provisions hereof. In such event, such invalid provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and you will at least agree to accept a similar effect as the invalid, unenforceable or non-binding provision, given the contents and purpose of these terms and conditions.
